Mike Bernard  |  Managing Partner

Mike has over 30 years experience in the search and placement of technology executives. Before founding The ChathamPoint Group, Mike established and built Woodlyn Partners, a firm focused on the recruitment of Sales, Marketing and  Professional Services executives for technology companies ranging from pre-IPO to established Fortune 500 technology firms. Prior to founding Woodlyn Partners in 2001, Mike was a Recruiting Solutions Director for TMP Worldwide in Monster.com's eResourcing Division. Mike provided mid-level retained recruitment, Internet-based  staffing solutions, outsourcing, and consulting services to technology companies both locally and nationally. Mike started his recruiting career with Winter, Wyman,  and Co., one of the largest and most recognized staffing firms in the  Northeast. He spent 11 years as a Principal Consultant helping to  establish their Sales and Marketing Division while placing executives.  Mike started his career selling application software and hardware for  NCR Corporation as a Northeast Retail Account Executive. He also spent 2  years with an NCR distributor selling internationally while based in Hamilton, Bermuda. Mike is a graduate of Providence College and Boston College High School. He resides in Medfield, MA with his wife and 3 children.

Chris DeAnzeris  |  Managing Partner

Chris DeAnzeris has over 25 years experience in search and human resources consulting. Chris has a record of recruiting distinguished executives to venture capital backed firms as well as mid-sized public companies. Most recently, Chris was a Vice President in the Technology Practice with Battalia Winston International, a global executive search firm. Chris  specialized in Director, Vice President, and C-level searches particularly in sales and marketing within the technology vertical. Previously, Chris was Executive Vice President in the Venture Capital  and Private Equity practice with DHR International and a Principal with Harvey Nash Executive Search. Chris began his search career with Winter, Wyman & Co. where he established a national recruiting practice focused on senior sales and professional services executives in the technology market. Before entering the search profession, Chris was a Consultant with Hewitt Associates, one of the worlds leading HR consulting companies. He had begun his career in professional services directly following his graduation from Boston College. There he achieved a BS in Finance and Marketing with Magna Cum Laude distinction. Chris is married  with two children and resides in Needham, Massachusetts.
